 Lamor Compton is a seasoned entrepreneur and sales management professional, with a degree in Communications from Cal State Fullerton. Over the years, Lamor has played a pivotal role in the founding and success of numerous businesses across a wide range of industries. This includes helping to launch Meli Med Spa in Pasadena, as well as BSG Aesthetic Solutions, a medical solutions company that provides advanced medical equipment and aesthetic devices to med spas and medical practices. With extensive experience managing retail locations for Verizon Wireless, Lamor has developed strong leadership and operational expertise.

Currently, Lamor runs Big Shot Consumer Law Advocates, a consumer legal solutions firm that was founded before the COVID-19 pandemic. Known for their ability to build companies from the ground up—spanning product solutions, marketing strategies, and operations—Lamor is passionate about driving business success and empowering entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable growth.
