Joshua Xu, co-founder and CEO of HeyGen, got his M.S. in CS from Carnegie Mellon University. 

Joshua was an early Snap employee and key engineering leader. During the 6 years at Snap, Joshua led multiple critical engineering areas, such as advertising platform, recommendation system, machine learning platform and AI camera.

In 2020, Joshua left Snap to co-found HeyGen, with the vision to re-invent visual storytelling with AI generation.
