She advanced into Recruitment Process Outsourcing as Senior Recruiting Manager at Hewitt, leading corporate recruitment teams for BMO in Canada and the U.S. Liza later joined Coca-Cola Enterprises, where she built a recruiting team from scratch, transforming hiring processes and managing multiple reorganizations over her nine-year tenure. As Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Liza led a team optimizing the global hiring process for 25,000 annual hires across 120 countries. Now, as CEO and Founding Partner of MXA Talent Solutions, Liza helps organizations strategize for the Future of Hiring. Her expertise includes talent attraction, DE&I, and organizational design.
