The Rebrand started by accident. A chance coffee shop encounter landed Jess Lewis - a Chief Brand & Narrative Strategist - at a birthday party for a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and #1 New York Times Bestselling Author. She told him that his new start-up had an identity crisis. He asked her to fix it, and then do the same for his whole network. Here we are.

The Rebrand is a brand strategy studio that exists solely to help brands find radical brand clarity and build business identities. The vision. The narrative. Positioning. Messaging. Goaling structure. And the subsequent implementation blueprint. 

We’ve worked with award-winning entrepreneurs with $1B in exits, global giants like Meta and Netflix, former Olympians, celebrity pastors, start-ups, and almost everyone else.

Here’s what we’ve learned. Scaling hinges on two things: your revenue engine (the slingshot), and your brand (the longevity).

But here’s the thing about slingshots: without something to catch the rock, it falls. Yahoo. Ebay. MySpace. All had remarkable momentum, but were so soon replaced by Google, Amazon, and Facebook. Just like that.

And then there’s Apple. Nike. Red Bull. Ever wonder what makes them different? The strength of their brand – the silent, but ultimately more influential, referee. 

No one builds an IKEA dresser without the instruction manual. Or a house without a blueprint. Yet, most do the equivalent in their business. Which is why so many brands suffer the chaos of finding product market fit, hiring the right teams, scaling, pitching, team alignment, articulating their value prop etc. etc. etc., swirling in “I’m not sures.” 

These aren’t problems. They’re urgent and expensive symptoms. Brand clarity is the blindspot. Building brand architecture and the implementation blueprint is how you fix it. Without them, you’re just guessing. 

This is work you do once. It’s the work that makes Apple Apple, Nike Nike, Red Bull Red Bull. You can’t see it, but you feel the difference. There’s no reason this can’t be you, too. We're looking forward to meeting you.
